Edmond Ternian

Edmond was born in Habbaniyah, Iraq. He spent the adolescence years of his life in Abadan, Iran, where he finished his education and pursued his future plans.

Edmond started his music career right after his military duty in Iran around the age of 22. From then on he started singing through out the country as a professional singer.

In 1973 at the age of 28 he married the love of his life Flanda, and 2 years later in 1975 God blessed them with their first child Edwin and again in 1980 with their second child Kalin.

Edmond's singing career came to a stop in 1978 due to the revolution of Iran. In 1989 Edmond and his family moved to the United States, where he once again wanted to start his singing career. He met the Assyrian poet and legend Mr. Misha Ashoorian, along with a few excellent musicians and the journey began.

Edmond has released 4 very successful albums throughout his career in America. The last album "GATES OF LOVE" was released Feb. 14 2003. Edmond and his team of musicians have already begun the next project, which will be released in approximately 18 months.

Edmond has been a true contributor to Assyrian music, and his unique style and ability to perform in many different languages has made him a true success among all generations.
Edmond would like to thank his wife Flanda and all of his fans who have supported him all the way and helped him to be where he is today.
